Mr. Stewart has over 35 years of experience developing and managing the development of complex communications systems.

His experience includes projects for defense communications satellites, commercial terrestrial microwave equipment, and audio signal processing equipment for television and radio broadcasting.

From 1986 to 1998, Mr. Stewart was a Communications Systems Engineer with TRW Electronics and Space Division in Redondo Beach, California. Mr. Stewart was the Subproject Manager for Payload System Engineering for a multi-gigabit digital communications satellite responsible for payload integration and test, delivery, launch, initial provisioning, on-orbit calibration and verification. In 1995 he supported TRW business development in the Telecommunications Initiative where his responsibilities included proposal management and product management for a product line of point-to-point millimeter-wave radios.

In 1998, Mr. Stewart founded Escape communications to provide consulting and contract development of communications systems and related signal processors. At Escape, he is responsible for corporate management, business development, and project oversight.

Mr. Stewart received his BSEE Magna Cum Laude from Rice University in 1986 and his MSEE from the University of Southern California in 1988. Mr. Stewart is the co-inventor of one US Patent that received the TRW Chairman’s Award in 1999.
