Escape's EXM-2L4 is the cellular backhaul workhorse for today's 3G+ networks by providing a cost-effective backhaul of up to 4 native T1/E1 and 2 Fast Ethernet tributaries. EXM-2L4 supports arbitrary bandwidths from 3.5 to 30 MHz and transport capacities from 5 Mbps to 170 Mbps (QPSK to 256 QAM).

Escape's EXM-2L16 expands the applicability of the EXM-2L4 to more trunking applications by extending to 16 native T1/E1 tributaries and offering optional built-in switched protection / receive diversity. EXM-2L16 supports arbitrary bandwidths from 3.5 to 30 MHz and transport capacities from 5 Mbps to 170 Mbps (QPSK to 256 QAM).

EXM-2i

Escape's EXM-2i is designed for lower-capacity, highly bandwidth-efficient backhaul in-band to the access network in rural or "thin-route" environments. T1/E1 traffic and Ethernet traffic are transported in narrow bandwidths via high-order modulation techniques to allow using a fraction of the access spectrum (e.g. 900, 1800, 1900 MHz) to backhaul the access traffic. EXM-2i supports up to 4 native T1/E1 and 2 Fast Ethernet tributaries.

EXM-2s

Escape Communications' EXM-2S™ is an extremely versatile high-capacity single-carrier SATCOM modem solution for efficient Ethernet and native T1/E1 transport over satellite. The EXM-2S™ supports arbitrary channel bandwidths between 2 and 30 MHz, modulation formats from QPSK through 256-QAM, and arbitrary data rates from 2 Mbps and 170 Mbps. The IF interfaces are 70 MHz for both transmit and receive.
